Delivery Policy

· Orders are despatched the same day when placed before 2PM (Monday – Friday).

· Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/public holidays will be despatched the next working day.

· Mainland UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather or busy period).

· All orders are shipped via trusted carrier with tracking option and digital signature.

· Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any damages as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the items and packaging.
