· This policy applies only to B2C customers (individual consumers purchasing for personal use).

· You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

· After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the items.

· Items must be unused, complete and in good condition (original packaging),

· Customer pays return postage if returning an item due to change of mind.

· Only the standard delivery cost will be refunded in change of mind returns.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will:

· Cover the return postage cost (standard delivery).

· Refund the full delivery cost.

· Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

· Please report damaged parcels promptly (ideally 48 hours) and include photos to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Note: For B2B customer, returns are not accepted for change of mind, but remedies still apply for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, in the line Sale of Goods Act 1979.

In case where a separate contract or agreed terms exist with a business customer, such terms will override or supplement this policy as applicable.
